Evergreen Hearts is thrilled to announce volunteer opportunities for our upcoming events in the Seattle, WA area! We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals passionate about creating vibrant experiences centered around polyamory and non-traditional relationships. As an Event Crew Volunteer, you will play a vital role in supporting our diverse activities, including educational lectures, lively social mingles, energetic dance parties, and interactive festival booths. This is an incredible chance to immerse yourself in a unique community while contributing to events that empower individuals to thrive in non-traditional relationships.
The commitment for this volunteer role involves 1-2 hours of mostly remote planning in the week leading up to the event, along with about 4 hours on event day, which typically falls on the weekend. Your responsibilities will include greeting attendees, assisting with registration, setting up supplies and decorations, providing customer service at our information booth, and helping with after-event clean-up. This is a volunteer position, but the rewards are plentiful: gain hands-on experience, build connections with like-minded individuals, and receive companion vouchers for complimentary entries to events!
