Emails are sent out to announce each new event that is scheduled. This is the primary way we make announcements, prior to any advertising or social media posts. Many Evergreen Hearts events sell out, so these email alerts are the only way to get access to presale tickets before they go public.

Volunteer Alerts

As an all-volunteer nonprofit, no event would be possible without the help of great people who volunteer. These email alerts are how we announce volunteer job postings to apply to. Volunteer perks include helping to support polyamorous attendees, meeting lots of new people, free tickets to events, and free polyamory swag.

Pro Alerts

These email alerts are for anyone interested in being a speaker or exhibitor at an upcoming event. We send our calls for speaking proposals and exhibitor applications prior to planning events. We prioritize licensed professionals, buy all are welcome to submit proposals if you have an idea you want to present at an event.
