Seattle’s Polyamory Expo Sparks Conversations and Connection
With four stages, dozens of exhibitors, and packed identity meetups, the event became a powerful reflection of what non-monogamous people are looking for today.
EVENT ALERT

On Saturday, July 12, Evergreen Hearts Foundation proudly hosted the Polyamory Expo™ — and the turnout was nothing short of phenomenal. With hundreds of attendees from across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, the event served as a powerful reminder of the deep need for connection, education, and visibility within the non-monogamous community.
From the moment doors opened, the conference center was buzzing with energy. Our full exhibitor hall featured dozens of incredible organizations and businesses offering resources, services, and support tailored to ethical non-monogamy. Attendees packed the aisles, making meaningful connections with professionals and collecting resources to take home.
The Interactive Hall was a standout hit. Attendees filled walls with personal reflections and responses to our relationship-themed prompts — creating a living tapestry of voices from the polyamorous community. Just steps away, our raffle table was swarmed all day long as participants eagerly entered to win exclusive prizes, including coaching sessions, signed books, event tickets, and stylish polyamory swag.
Behind the scenes, a powerhouse volunteer team brought it all to life. Fifteen dedicated volunteers spent weeks in advance training, coordinating, and preparing with tactical precision. Their efforts allowed for the seamless execution of our most ambitious event to date — including four fully programmed presentation stages. The feedback from attendees, presenters, and exhibitors was unanimous: the volunteer team crushed it. Their professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail created an experience that felt smooth, supportive, and truly world-class.
But the biggest surprise of the Expo? The identity-based meetups. What began as a new offering quickly became the heartbeat of the day. From neurodivergent polyamorists and BIPOC attendees, to parents and hikers, the hallways overflowed with attendees deep in conversation — proof that people are craving in-person spaces to connect with others who share their experiences and identities.
The overwhelming success of this year’s Polyamory Expo shows a rising tide of interest and participation in ethical non-monogamy. As one attendee put it, “I’ve never felt so seen and supported in one space.”
Evergreen Hearts Foundation is honored to be building spaces where connection, growth, and joy thrive. Thank you to our volunteers, sponsors, exhibitors, presenters, and every attendee who helped make this Polyamory Expo an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to see you at the next event.
