Calendar Planning: Calendaring for Joy

Rebecca Beltran, Flow State Coach, Radiant Rebecca Coaching

Calendaring isn’t just about managing time—it’s about prioritizing joy, deepening connections, and aligning your schedule with what truly matters.

For 20 years, I have lived a rich, full life balancing multiple partners, deep friendships, a thriving business, and community leadership—all while staying fully present and deeply fulfilled. I’ve experimented with strictly structured scheduling, hiring an assistant for all admin, and flowing intuitively based on my natural rhythms.

In this interactive talk, you’ll learn:

  • How to identify your ‘big rocks’—the non-negotiables that anchor your calendar.

  • How to align your schedule with your values so you’re fully present where it matters most.

  • Strategies from polyamory, entrepreneurship, and flow science to maximize joy and fulfillment in your time management.

  • Hands-on exercises: You’ll jot down your own priorities, discuss with a partner, and leave with a personalized framework for scheduling what truly matters.

Whether you’re balancing multiple relationships, a career, a community role, or all of the above, this talk will help you reclaim your time and design a life you love.
