Ever wanted to be part of something big, bold, and beautiful? Now’s your chance. Evergreen Hearts Foundation is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us make this year’s Polyamory Expo the most impactful yet — and we’re offering free or discounted tickets to the glamorous Polyamory Prom as a thank you!

Volunteering is a fun and rewarding way to get involved, connect with others, and play a vital role in producing one of the largest polyamory events in the world. With hundreds of attendees and dozens of presenters and exhibitors expected, we need an amazing team to bring the event to life.

Here’s how it works:

• Volunteer for half the event at Polyamory Expo and receive 50% off a Polyamory Prom ticket

• Volunteer for the full event and receive a FREE Polyamory Prom ticket

There are a variety of roles available — from event setup to registration, from welcoming guests to managing rooms. Whether you're outgoing, organized, or just eager to help, there’s a spot for you!

We're also recruiting for two special roles:

• Stage Hosts: Confident speakers to make announcements, introduce presenters, and keep the energy high

• A/V Techs: Tech-savvy helpers to support presenters with projectors, mics, and laptop connections
