Exciting Ticketing Updates for 2025 Events

We are pleased to announce some great changes to ticket offerings for upcoming events in 2025. These changes are made to improve accessibility, reduce disappointment around sold out events, and ensure a memorable experience for all attendees.

Insider Access and Early Bird Discounts

Starting this year, those who subscribe to the Evergreen Hearts Event Alert email will enjoy exclusive access to tickets before they go on sale to the general public. This is a great new feature that will help you get the tickets for our popular events, many of which have sold out in the past.

When ticket sales open to the public, early bird tickets will be offered at a discounted rate, followed by the standard ticket pricing. This tiered approach allows attendees to save money while allowing us to best prepare volunteers and supplies with early ticket purchases.

Raffles for Everyone

At each Evergreen Hearts event, attendees will get the chance to win great prizes in raffles. All attendees will be eligible for a variety of exciting giveaways, including polyamory-themed merchandise, signed books from famous authors, and event tickets. To make it even more exciting, VIP ticket holders will get more raffle tickets, increasing their chances of winning.

Affordable and Inclusive Ticketing Options

As a nonprofit organization, Evergreen Hearts is committed to keeping ticket prices as low as possible. Renting out larger venue spaces can be costly, but we are determined to have some of the cheapest ticket prices for events in the Seattle area.

To ensure inclusivity, many of our events will feature a sliding scale ticket option. This initiative is specifically designed for individuals who are low-income, students, or those who may find it challenging to afford a standard ticket. By offering these options, we aim to reduce barriers to participation so that everyone can share in the learning and connection our events foster.

Also, if you are in a position to contribute a little more to help others, we will be offering VIP ticket options. A VIP ticket not only gets you exclusive perks and swag but also directly supports the sliding scale tickets for others who may need it. Together, we can make sure that everyone is able to fully participate in Evergreen Hearts events.
